Alhamdulillah all our products are packed very carefully and rolled around a thick layer of bubble wrap, and are not able to take any damage due to dropping them. Our Capsules and herbal powders are packed in a plastic bottle, whereas the oils are packed tightly in a small plastic container which is almost unbreakable, and before shipping each and every products are wrapped between a thick layer of bubble wrap, so there is not a single chance for any kind of damage to our products even in any tough conditions.
So hence our company doesn't provide any kind of compensation, refund, fine, or fee for the dispute filed for damaged products.
In case if any dispute is filed regarding the quality of our products, hence it won't be valid, because we have provided every kind of Quality proofs like customer reviews (good and bad ones) for you to understand the pros and cons of our each products.
Secondly the quality and the material used is also mentioned in the product description, hence we won't claim any kind of dispute regarding the quality of the product. alhamdulillah all our products are Quality tested with our experts and total hygiene is maintained during the manufacturing, packing and shipping the product to your door step or to your post office.
If any parcel is not delivered, or is late than the given time, is not at all our concern. The shipping company/ postal service company is to be questioned for the late delivery or mishandling the parcel.
We won't accept any dispute if the parcel is late, or not reached to the customer, our work is to handle the parcel to the shipping company/ postal service company & take the shiping receipt and send it to the customer the rest responsible is the shipping/ postal company for the non delivery or the late delivery of the product to the customer.
Hence the customer should not dispute us regarding the late delivery and the non delivery of our products, because we have already paid the shipping/ postal amount for the parcel we have delivered through the shipping/ postal company.
So the payment gateway should not consider dispute if the shipping receipt is sent by us to the customer.
